Project Introduction:

This project is a crankshaft intelligent production line designed and manufactured for customers in the commercial vehicle industry. The project is composed of the two-axis truss manipulator, the loading and unloading system, the fixed robot, the ground rail robot, the turnover machine, the buffer device, the sampling device, the intermediate conveying channel, the general control system, the safety protection, etc..

 

Technical Highlights:

1. The air conveying roller table is used to reduce the floor area.

2.  U-shaped automatic line realizes automatic processing of multiple processes.
