Project Introduction:
This project is an intelligent production line of cylinder head designed and manufactured for customers in the passenger car industry. The project consists of the special processing machine, the ground rail & six-axis shutdown robot, the customized pallet, the pallet gripper, the customized AGV, the master control system, etc.
Technical Highlights:
1. FMS flexible processing solves the problem of production change.
2. The pallet is equipped with RFID chip to realize traceability and type determination of work pieces.
