Machine vision


(1) Workpiece identification: accurate

It is to use machine vision to process, analyze and understand the image to identify the model of the workpiece, and achieve the purpose of model judgment, feeding error prevention, production traceability, etc.

(2) OCR character recognition: recognizable

OCR detection such as production date, serial number and character recognition.

(3) Position guidance and positioning: smart

The 2D and 3D machine vision system can quickly and accurately find the measured parts and confirm their positions. The loading and unloading uses machine vision to locate and guide the manipulator to accurately grasp.

3D visual-guided disorderly grabbing

In the real production site, there are a large number of disordered, disorderly stacking and other complex material frame picking conditions. It is difficult to complete the work piece grabbing and frame clearing through robot teaching and 2D machine vision, and the project implementation is difficult. The 3D visual positioning system can obtain the spatial coordinates of the best grasping position of the workpiece through rapid scanning of the workpiece, point cloud processing and AI technology, guide the robot to reasonably plan the grasping path, and efficiently complete the sorting.

(4) Appearance inspection: not let go

Check whether the products on the production line have quality problems, which is also the link that replaces the most manual work. Its main inspection includes size inspection, appearance defect inspection, etc.

Using the vision system to detect, the human eye can detect the errors that are easy to be confused and not easy to find, and can be found through the automatic recognition of machine vision.

The independently developed SPC measurement software system has the ability to communicate with most manufacturers' sensor channel boxes and interface with customers' MES systems.
