Project Introduction:
This project is an axle housing machining automatic line designed and manufactured for heavy truck customers in the commercial vehicle industry. The project consists of the processing unit, the AGV logistics transportation, the destacking part, the robot loading and unloading unit group, the balance weight loading and unloading unit, the grinding unit, the cleaning unit, the intelligent master control system, etc.
Technical Highlights:
1. It is the first complete automatic production line of drive axle housing in China.
2. Equipped with AGV conveying, automatic destacking, automatic palletizing and automatic disassembling of balance weights to minimize manual participation.
