This project is a processing automatic line of driving shaft designed and manufactured for customers in agricultural machinery industry. The project is composed of the six-axis joint robot, the loading/unloading path, the turnover mechanism, the manual sampling mechanism, the mechanical angular positioning mechanism, the code scanning mechanism, the visual angular positioning mechanism, the deburring mechanism, MDC system, the whole-line control system, etc..
Visual angular positioning and mechanical angular positioning mechanism are used to ensure the pose and positioning of the work piece.
