Project Introduction:

This project is an intelligent production line of clutch housing designed and manufactured for customers in the passenger vehicle industry. The project consists of the production line-level MES, the double-vertical beam truss, the six-axis joint robot, the processing equipment, the fixture, the cutter, the manual detection buffer channel and detection platform, the high-pressure cleaning equipment, the air tightness detection equipment, SPC workstation, the press mounting equipment, the key dimension measurement equipment, the auxiliary equipment, etc..

 

Technical Highlights:

  1. This is a turnkey project with machine tools, cutting tools, fixtures and automatic lines.
  2. During the processing, the temperature is controlled to reduce the influence.
