Product Description

Project Introduction:

This project is an intelligent processing automatic line of steering knuckle designed and manufactured for heavy truck customers in the commercial vehicle industry. The project is composed of the lower Y-axis double vertical beam truss, the grab unit, the upper and lower material channels of the tooling plate, the sampling table, etc..

 

Technical Highlights:

1. The lower Y-axis truss manipulator is used to adapt to the machine tool.

2. The double station floating gripper is used to adapt to the fixture of the machine tool.
