Project Introduction:

This project is an automatic processing line of valve body developed and manufactured for customers in the construction machinery industry. The project is composed of the truss automatic line, the deburring, the cleaning, assembly line,the robot automatic disk coding unit, the general control system, the safety protection, etc..

 

Technical Highlights:

1. The line logistics adopts the form of double speed chain and RFID tray, which has strong traceability and high flexibility.

2. The manual deburring workstation and automatic deburring workstation are configured to realize online compatibility of more than 30 products.

3. The in-line leveling warehouse for workpiece caching are configured to realize manual assembly according to the order.
