This project is a traveling motor assembly line designed and manufactured for customers in the construction machinery industry. The project is composed of the robot-automatic loading & unloading station, the press mounting station, the tightening station, the turning station and the detection station.
Technical Highlights:
1. The friction plate steel plate assembly station adopts robot flexible automatic assembly.
2. Fully automatic assembly of gear shaft system (including gluing, servo press mounting, hot mounting, etc.).
3. Automatic detection of product performance (braking torque, turning torque, air tightness, dimensions, etc.).
