Project introduction:

This project is a FMS flexible intelligent production line for a technician college. The project consists of a five axis machining center, a vertical milling machining center, a ground rail robot, a zero point quick change tray, a tray library, a laser code printer and a code reader, a simple air blowing cleaning unit, a loading station, an information-based electronic signage, an intelligent master control system, and security protection.

Technical Highlights:

1. Manual fixture and zero point quick change are adopted to realize flexible processing of production line.

2. The teaching and open programming mode can be used.
