Project Introduction:

This project is an intelligent processing automatic line of steering knuckle designed and manufactured for heavy truck customers in the commercial vehicle industry. The project is composed of the machine tool automation transformation, the automatic hydraulic fixture, the downward probe robot, the quick change gripper unit, the laser code printing, the code scanning equipment, the online detection, automatic tool compensation, the deburring unit, the centralized chip removal and fluid supplement, the tool management system and intelligent general control.

Technical Highlights:

1. The lower flaw detection joint robot is used to ensure the logistics channel and maintenance space.

2. A centralized chip removal and liquid supply system is configured to realize the centralized treatment of iron chips and chip liquid.
