Liding Intelligent Equipment (Qingdao) Group Co., Ltd. has successfully delivered an intelligent gearbox production line to a leading domestic construction machinery enterprise, helping it establish a world-class manufacturing base for construction machinery gearboxes. The total investment in this project is RMB 498 million, with a total construction area of 32,000 square meters, covering the machining of core components such as pinions, shaft gears, planetary carriers, and housings, as well as the complete assembly process for travel and slew gearboxes.

As a leading domestic provider of smart manufacturing solutions, Lideng Intelligence has custom-designed an integrated intelligent production line for this project, encompassing machining, assembly, and inspection, with a total of Thirty automated production lines cover the machining of core components such as gear plates, shaft gears, planetary carriers, and housings, as well as the end-to-end assembly of travel and swing gearboxes. These lines feature deep integration of our independently developed FMS flexible manufacturing system and 3D digital twin technology, along with integrated vision inspection, AGV smart logistics, and an MES digital management system. This enables mixed-line production and rapid changeover for the entire range of hydraulic excavator gearboxes—from 1.8 to 150 tons—and dozens of critical components, with full-process automation and zero human intervention.

This collaboration marks another significant breakthrough for Lidong Intelligence in the high-end construction machinery sector. To date, the company has cumulatively delivered More than 300 large-scale smart production line projects have been delivered, serving numerous industry-leading enterprises.
