Project Introduction:

This project is a processing and assembly line of hub brake drum designed and manufactured for customers in the commercial vehicle industry. The project consists of the bearing outer ring cold installation station, the automatic turnover station, the bolt pre-pressing, the five-axis bolt press, the visual angle station, the hub brake drum assembly station, the tightening station, MES system, etc.

Technical Highlights:

1. Five-axis floating press with uniform stress on bolts, which ensures press fitting quality.

2. The number of people in the whole line has been reduced from 23 to 7.
