Project Introduction:
This project is a hub brake drum assembly line designed and manufactured by an auto parts customer in the commercial vehicle industry. The project consists of the bearing outer ring cold installation station, the automatic turnover station, the bolt pre-pressing, the five-axis bolt press, the visual angle station, the hub brake drum assembly station, the tightening station, MES system, etc..
Technical Highlights:
1. The number of people in the whole line has been reduced from 12 to 5.
2. The hub bolt adopts the fully automatic feeding mode with error proofing function.
